24 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE REQUIRED
24 hours notice is requested for cancellations. I consistently have a cancellation/wait list of clients waiting to be seen so if you can't make your appointment please be courteous enough to open it up to someone else.
NO SHOW AND SAME DAY CANCELLATION POLICIES
NO SHOWS:100% of the total service price will be charged to the credit card on file with Vagaro.
SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS: 50% of the total services price scheduled for that appointment will be charged to the credit card on file with Vagaro.
ONLINE BOOKING POLICY
All appointments will require a valid credit card and email address to be scheduled. The customer has the option of using that credit card to pay for their services at the time of their appointment but that is not required.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please be advised that clients who show up significantly late for their appointments will be denied service for that day and will be rescheduled. PLEASE ARRIVE A FEW MINUTES BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TO ALLOW FOR PARKING AND THE FILLING OUT OF CONSENT FORMS.
REPEAT NO SHOWS
After a client doesn't show for their appointment two times, that client will need permission from me to schedule their appointment and will be required to prepay for their services going forward.

What is the best way to reach me?
Due to my busy schedule, the best way to reach me is to text my business number 201-408-0106. I'm not usually available to answer calls during business hours because I am always with clients so texting is the quickest way to reach me.
Is it ok to wax if I am using retinol products, AHA or BHA products, or prescription acne/antiaging/lightening products?
You must stop using any retinol/vitamin A and/or prescription strength creams for a minimum of 5 days before waxing, preferably 7 days. All clients will be required to fill out and sign a consent form prior to services being performed.
Can I wear contacts during lash tinting or lash curling series?
Contact lenses must be removed before any lash tinting or lash curling services are performed. PLEASE REMOVE CONTACT LENSES AT HOME.
Why does eyebrow tweezing cost more than waxing?
Tweezing costs more than waxing because it takes longer to perform this service than traditional eyebrow waxing.
